The Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a fair and quick resolution, we require a "proof of delivery" video for all damage claims. Please follow these steps when your package arrives:

• Record an Unboxing Video: Before opening your package, start a video recording.
• Continuous & Uncut: Create a video of unpackaging without any cut to prove the product received is damaged. * Show the Details: Ensure the shipping label is visible and the video clearly shows the moment the package is opened and the condition of the item inside.
• No Edits: To maintain the integrity of the claim, only continuous videos with no cuts or edits will be accepted.

Note: We cannot process returns or replacements without this uncut video evidence. This helps us hold our shipping partners accountable and keeps our prices low for you.
